The redesign of the old building, the friendly staff, good food, complimentary breakfast, proximity to shops and beach.
The plumbing- the bin caught the drips from the drain. Breakfast area had no windows and was rather dark.

Room was very cold. Bed was marginal. Duvet weight was too light for coldness of room. Needed down duvet not synthetic.

It was a comfortable room with a good bed and nice linen.
It would have been good to have a better storage area like a wardrobe and shelving. The toilet was to close to the bath. The breakfast dinning area is very drab and terrible coffee.

A character fulled bulding the likes ofwhich I have not stayed in before. The rooms are such that you can not hear other guests. As a smoker I thought the balcony was excellent.
